Select Your Items & Get an Invoice
Use the fee calculator to tick the services you need. To just apply, select Application Fee only. Then click Get Invoice to download your PDF.

Download Your Invoice
Your PDF invoice will include an itemised breakdown, your child’s name as payment reference, and full bank details.

Make Payment at the Bank
Pay using FNB or Bank Windhoek as shown in your invoice. Use your child’s full name as the payment reference.

Submit Your Admission Application
Once payment is done, come back to our Admissions page, fill in the application form and upload your proof of payment.

Wait for Results
Successful applicants will be announced via WhatsApp and the school website. Results by 30 July 2026.
